’til the End of the World

A YA Supernatural Saga

Before the end of the world, every hero has their first epic quest – surviving High School…

Series Overview

’til the End of the World is the story before the stories — the tale of Amy Donaldson and her friends back in the days when Linkin Park ruled the charts and no one knew what an app was. Beginning in 2005 and spanning seven chaotic, life‑changing years, we follow a group of teenagers discovering that the world doesn’t wait for you to grow up before throwing monsters at you. First loves, exams, ancient vampyric forces hellbent on ending everything. Y’know… challenges.

Dark, comic, yet full of heart, the series is a love letter to the supernatural shows of the era, with the same episodic rhythm. Each Year (or “Season”) contains 22 Episodes, released monthly in beta form — free to download and read below.

Every Year will also be collected into four polished “DVD‑style” Volumes, each gathering 5–6 Episodes along with exclusive bonus content and extras to deepen your experience. And don’t worry: while long‑time Rick Rawes readers will spot familiar faces and hidden histories, this saga can absolutely be enjoyed as a complete standalone.

Year One begins in the town of Calendar, where six friends each sense the darkness creeping into their hometown. Between flip phones, new friendships, and the usual teenage chaos, they uncover an ancient conspiracy beginning to stir. And nothing — not their lives, not their friendships, not their world — will ever be the same again.

Year One Overview

Year One begins in the quiet Lancashire town of Calendar, where six teenagers stumble into a rising darkness that has been waiting centuries to wake. Between schoolwork, friendships, first crushes and the usual teenage chaos, Ricky, Sara, Mark, Amy, Luke and Sam find themselves pulled into a world of vampyric cults, ancient conspiracies and powers none of them are ready for. What starts with strange sightings and whispered warnings quickly spirals into battles beneath abandoned buildings, secrets that threaten their friendships, and choices that will change all of them forever. This is the year everything begins — the first fights, the first fractures, and the first steps toward the heroes they’ll one day become.

Released Episodes

Ricky and Mark are struggling to hold back the darkness. A blade in the dark from a vampyr brings new dangers, new allies, and new truths.

A kidnapped Mark has to make certain revelations to Sara. Ricky turns to an unlikely ally to stop Satana before her endgame turns deadly. To the world.

The world was saved, for now. But fallout lingers. As Mark tries to keep Amy from discovering the truth, soon it descends into a fight for their lives.

Demons come in all shapes and sizes. Innocence is easily lost. When Sara meets a mysterious stranger, what follows will change her forever.

What to Expect

Supernatural chaos in a small Lancashire town — deadly vampyrs, ancient artefacts, and hell‑dimension horrors hiding in plain sight.

A messy, lovable teen ensemble — best friends, almost romances, bitter arguments, fierce loyalty, and a found family worth fighting for.

Everyday teenagers, impossible dangers — schoolwork, crushes, family drama… plus ritual murders, rogue hunters, and the apocalypse on weekends.

Escalating threats with emotional fallout — each episode digs deeper into mythology, trauma, destiny, and the terrifying cost of growing up a hero.

Humour when things get bleak — banter in the library, sarcasm as a defence mechanism, chaotic teamwork, and jokes made mid‑battle.

Myth and modern life colliding — secret covenants, mystical Guides, corrupted magick, interdimensional prisons, and ancient prophecy tangled in teenage reality.

A story about growing up when the world might end — friendship, grief, love, self‑discovery, first heartbreaks, and finding purpose in the wreckage.
